Information collected through this website

This public company website does not currently provide user accounts and does not intentionally collect health information. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Our beta feedback form collects the feedback type, app area, message and an optional email address for replies. Submissions are processed and stored by Zoho Forms and emailed to our shared team inbox through Zoho Mail. Please do not include sensitive or personal health information. Zoho may also process technical submission information to operate and protect the form.

How information is used

We use contact information to answer enquiries, keep appropriate business records and protect our services. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.

Retention and rights

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, our business records or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction, erasure or objection.

The LĪV FORM app

The app is currently in private development. A separate, detailed app privacy notice will be published before public release and will explain any health, account and device data processing in full.
